Delete your account
In the app, open Settings and tap Delete account. Or email us from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete it. Deletion finishes after 30 days, and signing in again before then restores everything.

What is Gigil?
Gigil is a self-care companion app. You care for a squishy plush pet by doing tiny things for yourself, like drinking water or taking a short walk.
Is Gigil free?
Yes. Hatching, goals, check-ins, reflections, streaks, adventures, Move and friends are all free. Gigil Plus is optional.
What happens if I miss a day?
Nothing bad. Your pet never shrinks and never gets sick. It waits for you. Streak savers can cover missed days in your streak.
Is my pet a therapist?
No. Your pet is a friend. Gigil is not a medical service. If you are struggling, our Safety page lists free helplines.
Who can use Gigil?
Gigil is for ages 13 and up. If you are under the age of digital consent where you live, you need a parent or guardian’s permission.
Which devices does Gigil run on?
iPhone, iPad, Android phones, tablets and foldables, and Solana Seeker.
Can I chat with friends?
You add friends with a friend code, send vibes, share buddy goals and visit rooms. There is no open chat between people.
How do I cancel Gigil Plus?
If you bought Plus on gigil.ai, sign in to your account and choose Manage subscription. Your pet keeps all its progress.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Settings and tap Delete account. You can also email us from the address you signed in with.
